The HAIKU Formula for GenAI value
Shawn Slusser

A MIT study found only 5% of enterprises are getting measurable value from their GenAI investments.
Most executives I talk to are under pressure to show results but aren't sure what their team is missing.
I built a simple framework called the HAIKU formula. Each letter maps to one element your initiative needs to have covered. If any one of them is zero, your value creation is at zero.
It's a fast checklist for spotting blind spots before they cost you.
I'll break down each element in depth in upcoming posts. Follow along for the full playbook.
If you want to talk through the formula with me, send me a message or schedule a call.
“The choice of haiku isn't accidental. The format forces you to reduce a thought to its boiled-down essence. That's exactly what the acronym does for GenAI enterprise value generation!”
